A pensarci bene nella tragicommedia del Parma Calcio ci mancava quello che portasse quel tocco di colore in più…
Orbene, in data 26 maggio 2015 l’uomo d’affari dell’Angola Mr. Kelson Amarildo dos Santos Rodrigues ha trasmesso al sindaco di Parma, alla giunta, ai curatori fallimentari ed altri una manifestazione di interesse per acquistare il Parma per 60 milioni di euro.
L’offerta è molto abbondante, considerato che la base d’asta per acquistare il Parma è oggi scesa a 4,5 milioni di euro. Evidentemente Kelson Amarildo è un tipo brillante, che non bada a spese per compiacere la sua passione per il calcio e per la nostra città.
Il businessman ha cura di dettagliare la proposta per punti con novizia di particolari. In particolare il punto 8 appare illuminante per il destino del Parma. 
Di seguito diamo soddisfazione al protagonismo  di Amarildo e pubblichiamo integralmente la sua manifestazione di interesse a cui ha allegato la carta di identità per farsi identificare. Perchè l’offerta è seria, serissima.

With the best and most sincerely respectful wishes, anticipated thanks and regards for Your Excellencies as well as for all Stakeholders benefiting, serving and favouring the Parma F.C. S.p.A., I – myself – Mr. Kelson Amarildo dos Santos Rodrigues – an Angolan native and resident as well as absolutely debt-free, crime-free and lawsuit-free male citizen – with an absolutely and unanimously clean legal and reputational tracks and sheets of service – the in 23rd November 1982-born (in Sumbe (municipality), Kwanza-Sul (province), Republic of Angola) holder of the National Identity Card (NIC) number (No.)330740KS032 and of the Passport No. N0826531 – an Unregistered Amateur Soccer (Football) Player experienced working on a full-time basis, since 2001, as an Independent Multidisciplinary Scientific-Technological Consultant, Advisor, Researcher & Developer, and Global Wealth, Assets & Investment Manager (GWAIM) – absolutely and always, elated with as well as respecting, supporting, recommending, referring to, inspired by as well as complying and fitting in full with the greatest certainty- and trustworthiness-ensuring the UEFA (Union Européene de Football Association)’s and FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association)’s Guiding and Non-Negotiable Core Values, Principles, Highest-Possible Standards, Criteria, Mission and Purpose Statements as well as Overall Culture and Codes of Honour, Ethics and Conduct;
I am addressing this very same “Declaration/Manifestation of Interest” for the EUR 60,000,000.00 (Sixty Million Euros)-worth Acquisition of “Parma F.C. S.p.A.”, herein, in order to, moreover, formally do inform, announce, confirm, ensure and communicate that:
(1) by means of my immediately and upcoming next, tomorrow’s message/correspondence set to be addressed and sent to Your Excellencies, I already will present and disclose the Members of the Board of Directors with whom and which I do intend to perfectionistly govern and manage “Parma F.C. S.p.A.”, immediately from my acquisition;
(2) immediately after became officially and legally approved, confirmed and homologated my EUR 60,000,000.00 (Sixty Million Euros)-worth Full Acquisition, in order to exclusively and only pay taxes in the Republic of Italy, on an onshore basis, I must and will establish a wholly-new specific Business Company incorporated and domiciled in Parma, Emilia-Romagna, always abiding to and compliant with the sovereign Italian Laws and Regulations, for example and as an additional advantage, avoiding every kind of legal loopholes and/or jurisdictional conflicts, by means of which I will pay for and own “Parma F.C. S.p.A.”;
(3) in the context of my acquisition I do must, intend and will pay, i.e. liquidate, in full and as a whole, all the currently or applicable consolidated outstanding debt burden impairing and prejudicing “Parma F.C. S.p.A.”, worth around, in excess, EUR 240,000,000.00 (Two Hundred and Forty Million Euros), so much surely and self-committedly, already before the end of the 3rd Quarter of the current year, meaning it, so far, of course, prior and/or in advance to 30th September 2015;
(4) within the 3 starting years of my full ownership of “Parma F.C. S.p.A.”, i.e. in the context of the 2015-2018 corresponding triennial period, I must and will complete the conception, design and building-up of the “Planeta Parma” Sports World Heritage Theme and Amusement Parks & Footbal Fans’ City, already including and featuring among its multiple beautiful, wonderful and delightful components the wholly-new Flagship Stadium to be exclusively owned by “Parma F.C. S.p.A.”, with a capacity to host, exactly, 46,656 (Forty-Six Thousand and Six Hundred and Fifty-Six) Seated Fans;
(5) in the context of the Social and Environmental Corporate Responsibility of the by myself owned “Parma F.C. S.p.A.”, during the 3 years period before the to July 2018-scheduled fullest availability of the wholly-new and exclusive “Planeta Parma” 46,656 Seats-featuring Stadium, absolutely and proudly, at all, the Revenues generated by the Sales of the Tickets for the matches set to be played by the Flagship Squad of the “Parma F.C. S.p.A.” in its current “home”, the Ennio Tardini Stadium, must to and will be immediately, inconditionally and automatically donated by my “Parma F.C. S.p.A.”, Itself, for the University of Parma (“Università degli Studi di Parma”), in order to such a so much great higher education institution even reinforce, improve and expand Its Overall Quality and Scientific-Technological Research & Development (R & D) Capabilities, allowing Parma to be, as a whole, a so much prosperous and successful human community, with so much more and even better industries, business companies and job opportunities for Its highly skilled and educated workforce;
(6) within the very same and already mentioned or designated 3 starting years of my full ownership of the “Parma F.C. S.p.A.”, between June 2015 and June 2018, concerning to the chief, leading and highest priority-bearing Sports- and In-Field-Playing-related self-imposed Challenges, Demands, Priorities, Requirements, Objectives & Purposes, “Parma F.C. S.p.A.” must to perform all by the Greatest Fair-Play-driven efforts towards ultra-meritocratically achieving: in 2016, the Return/Qualification of Its Flagship Squad to the “Serie A”, and the Conquest of the “Coppa Italia”; in 2017, the conquests of both the “SuperCoppa Italia” and the “Coppa Italia”, the Qualification to the “UEFA Champions League”, the conquest of All Italian Championships for Youngster Men, and the ultra-successful consolidation of all Female Teams; and, in 2018, the conquest of the “SuperCoppa Italia” complemented by the conquest of the “Treble” of the simultaneous conquests of the “Serie A”, the “Coppa Italia” and the “UEFA Champions League”, compulsively and mandatorily, with a Squad composed, so far, at least, by 60% (Sixty percent) of native and originally Italian Players, of course, also, again, in addition to, once more, the conquest of All Italian Championships for Youngster Men, as well as by the conquest of All Italian Championships for Women;
(7) I am already, so much successfully, negotiating and ensuring great and ultra-advantageous long-term, 15 years (i.e., 2015-2030) spanning Official Contracts which will provide for the by myself owned “Parma F.C. S.p.A.” great Revenues’ and Profits’ Streams generated by the Sponsorships, Advertising and Branding/Merchandising Deals, by means of which, even despite as well as regardless and nevertheless starting by playing in the “Serie B” during the already upcoming 2015/2016 Italian Season, my “Parma F.C. S.p.A.”, with all the stability, still may and will enjoy and benefit of continuously steady Annual Revenues worth, so far, at least, EUR 270,000,000.00 (Two Hundred and Seventy Million Euros), above all, while excluding the sale of Players by means of outward/outbounding Transfers;
(8) etc., etc.; etc., etc..
